Athens is a pleasant and unexpected blessing...she came to us by faith to acquire another chance to own a Smokey Valley bred English Toy Spaniel. She seemed to come with a list of expectations of her own as to her position in the family and where others should fall into line behind her. She is quite a character. I sold a wonderful little girl that I had purchased at the same time as I purchased Ava...This sale was a stupid mistake. We miss her very much. We feel so fortunate that Athen's has come to live with us and be part of our family. She cannot take Star's place however she has very much earned another place in our heart.
